1. Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned in the original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Products

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance, closeout, or final sale items.

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at support@justgogoods.store with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Securely package the item and include the RMA number inside the parcel.
  4. Return the package within 14 days after receiving your RMA authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays or may not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

After your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was delivered.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like to replace an item with another product, please contact support@justgogoods.store.

Exchange requests are processed based on available inventory. Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos showing the product and packaging.

After reviewing your request, we may offer:
