1. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders submitted before 1:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day.
Orders received after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Order Processing
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday).
During holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may occasionally require additional time.
3. Delivery Estimates
After your order has been shipped, standard delivery generally takes 5–9 business days (Monday–Friday).
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your shipping destination and carrier operations.
4. Shipping Charges
We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
5. Shipping Carriers
To provide dependable delivery service, we work with trusted shipping partners, including:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
The shipping carrier is selected automatically based on your delivery address and the most efficient available service.
6. Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, we’ll send another email containing your tracking number so you can follow your shipment throughout delivery.
7. Delivery Information
Most packages arrive within the estimated delivery window. However, shipping may occasionally take longer because of:
- Severe weather conditions
- National holidays
- Carrier service interruptions
- Increased seasonal shipping demand
8. Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:
- Please allow up to 2 additional business days for carrier delays.
- Review your tracking information for the latest updates.
- If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number and we’ll be happy to assist.
9. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or provide another appropriate solution.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before processing begins.
To request a cancellation, email support@justgogoods.store as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our Refunds & Returns Policy.
